Locations: Germany-wide, preferably Berlin or Düsseldorf
Work model: Hybrid with a strong on-site presence at client locations (minimum three days per week)

We deliver complex digital projects for established clients in international, agile setups. You bring clarity, structure requirements and steer teams so that plans turn into reliable outcomes.

Your impact: You step in where projects require strong leadership. You create structure, build trust with clients and ensure that delivery, collaboration and outcomes work sustainably.

Your tasks

Clear direction. Measurable results.

• Take end-to-end responsibility for complex digital projects across scope, timeline, budget and quality
• Stabilise projects, bring structure to dynamic situations and lead them into a reliable delivery setup
• Translate business objectives into concrete delivery plans and steer decision-making at senior stakeholder level
• Secure commercial performance through active budget, forecasting and contract management
• Lead cross-functional teams with clear direction, accountability and a strong focus on outcomes
• Ensure transparency and predictability through governance, reporting and KPIs

What you bring

Experience meets ownership.

• Several years of experience leading complex digital projects in agency or consulting environments, ideally with broader portfolio responsibility
• Proven success in demanding project situations and in the structured evolution of ongoing engagements
• Strong command of commercial steering, contract management and handling of change requests
• Excellent senior stakeholder management skills and clear, structured communication
• Confidence working with hybrid delivery models and dynamic project environments
• High willingness to travel (minimum three days per week on-site with clients) as well as professional fluency in German and English (minimum C1)
