Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf | Work model: full-time (40h), hybrid

Today, security determines whether digital products succeed or fail. You embed security from the start into systems, processes and platforms. You work closely with engineering and operations to ensure protection is not added later, but built in from the ground up.

Your contribution: you make sure our solutions are not only high-performing, but also reliable and secure.

Your tasks

Security that thinks ahead

• Implementing and operating security measures across infrastructure, applications, as well as cloud and hybrid environments
• Managing and evolving core security technologies such as IAM, SIEM, endpoint protection, monitoring and encryption
• Integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating closely with architecture, development and operations teams in line with DevSecOps principles
• Supporting incident response processes, applying hardening standards and maintaining security documentation
• Contributing to secure AI-enabled solutions and using modern security tools to improve detection and monitoring

What you bring

Technical depth. Clear perspective.

• Experience in cybersecurity engineering, security operations or infrastructure security with a solid understanding of modern security architectures
• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid security, CI/CD security, DevSecOps approaches and monitoring processes
• Experience in security testing and penetration testing across applications, APIs and infrastructure
• Analytical mindset, proactive approach and the ability to solve problems in a structured way, even in complex environments
• Interest in topics such as AI security, API security, container security or modern security tooling Strong
• You have excellent English and German language skills (mind. C1); automation/scripting is considered a plus
