Marketing Operations Manager (f/m/x)

Good marketing rarely fails because of a lack of ideas – but because of systems. That’s exactly where you come in.  
You ensure that campaigns run smoothly, data is accurate throughout the funnel and marketing and sales truly work together. You bring structure to execution, create transparency – and lay the foundation for reliable pipeline growth.

Your contribution: You enable what makes pipeline growth possible.

Your tasks

Think clearly. Execute flawlessly.

  • Execute marketing campaigns in HubSpot, Salesforce and the CMS with a focus on conversion, consistency and qualityBuild, structure and optimise campaigns in line with clearly defined standards and best practices
  • Implement and maintain marketing operations processes in day-to-day campaign execution: lead routing, data quality, attribution, data enrichment and automation
  • Ensure consistent, analysable funnel, lead and campaign data as a basis for sound decision-making
  • Contribute to the continuous optimisation of our marketing operations infrastructure: identify process gaps, suggest improvements, implement together
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders and actively support enablement, knowledge sharing and improved ways of working

What you bring

Structure, understanding of systems and ownership.

  • Several years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, Salesforce Sales Cloud and CMS platforms (for example WordPress, Storyblok, Contentful)
  • Experience in the hands-on execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of lead management, funnel logic and data-driven marketing
  • Structured, precise way of working with a high degree of ownership
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with confident stakeholder management
  • Hands-on mindset with a focus on reliable execution and continuous improvement and scaling of processes
  • Very good German and English skills (minimum C1)
