(Senior) Marketing Operations Manager (f/m/x)

Location(s): Vienna | Working model: Full-time (38,5 hours), hybrid  
 
Good marketing rarely fails because of a lack of ideas – but because of systems. That’s exactly where you come in.  
You ensure that campaigns run smoothly, data is accurate throughout the funnel and marketing and sales truly work together. You bring structure to execution, create transparency – and lay the foundation for reliable pipeline growth.  
  
Your contribution: You turn complex marketing setups into a system that works reliably – and grows measurably.

Your tasks

Think clearly. Execute flawlessly.

  • Operational implementation of marketing campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce – including secure, error-free execution  
  • Structuring, managing and continuously optimising campaigns in line with defined standards
  • Responsibility for key marketing operations topics such as lead routing, data quality, governance and automation
  • Further development of CRM, campaign and marketing automation processes with a focus on scalability
  • Ensuring consistent, analysable funnel, lead and campaign data as the basis for informed decisions
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders, as well as actively contributing to enablement, knowledge transfer and improved ways of working
  • Ownership of quality and the further development of key marketing operations structures 

What you bring

Structure, understanding of systems and ownership.

  • Several years’ experience in marketing operations, campaign management or B2B marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce/HubSpot and ideally CMS (e.g. WordPress)
  • Experience in the operational implementation of integrated marketing campaigns  
  • Strong understanding of lead management, funnel logic and data-driven marketing  
  • A structured, precise approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, as well as confident stakeholder management
  • A hands-on mentality with a drive to improve and scale processes sustainably
  • Excellent German and English language skills (at least C1)

We offer you a salary above minimum wage in keeping with the market. For legal reasons, we would like to state that the minimum gross annual salary set by the collective bargaining agreement (KV) is 45.738 EUR.
