Creating an individual shopping experience

To address this challenge, our client partnered with IBM and Adobe Commerce to create a revolutionary personalized landing page experience. By leveraging IBM’s watsonx, a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Adobe Commerce’s cutting-edge e-commerce capabilities, marketers were able to create customized landing pages for their shops and customers in no time.

The process worked seamlessly, based on customer segments identified in the CDP. The segments were created by watsonx analyzing the customer data. The landing page content was then customized according to the selected segment characteristics and target group, using watsonx-generated text and images from Adobe Firefly. The result was a personalized, ready-to-buy experience that spoke directly to the customer’s interests and needs.

The impact was immediate. With the ability to send out personalized campaigns via SMS to customers, we saw a significant increase in engagement and conversion rates.
