Structure throughout the year

The most important facts at a glance

Timing & Application

12 months of intensive knowledge exchange
We offer diverse traineeships in many different fields within our agency
You can start annually on 1 April or 1 October – the application process begins around 2 to 3 months before the start date

Guidance & Exchange

Your mentor will be by your side throughout the entire traineeship
You will get to know other trainees in the company and share your experiences in regular meetings
During exchange weeks, you will gain insights into other departments within the company over 6-8 weeks

Skills & Learning

You will develop a comprehensive understanding of IBM iX structures and processes
Through training, you will bring your power skills to the next level
You will expand your skills in your field of expertise through training, mentorship, and learning on the job

With our three development phases, you will never lose sight of your traineeship journey

But what comes afterward? Your traineeship represents an opportunity for a junior-level position, with a current statistic of 96% of all trainees joining our agency after the program.
